Affiliate marketing

A commission offered to third party marketers in return for promoting your website or products.

Affiliate Marketing is a form of marketing where a company rewards one or more members of their affiliate network for each customer or visitor brought about by the member's marketing activities. It is an Internet marketing model that allows companies to provide a good, quality product or service at a very affordable price and earn a commission from the sales it generates.

Affiliate Marketing can be done online and offline. The internet is considered the best medium to promote an affiliate program. Some of the popular affiliates include ClickBank, Commission Junction, and Commission Junction Pro. Some of the popular products being promoted through affiliate programs are computers, printers, cellular phones, televisions, jewelry, clothing, handbags, shoes, and many other products. The more products that are promoted through an affiliate program, the higher the commission will be.
